Thank you for all of the support you give to Cloverleaf Rec Center with your memberships and participation in the programs we offer. It wouldn’t be possible without all of you!

*THE REC CENTER MAY CLOSE FOR SPECIAL EVENTS. EVERY EFFORT WILL BE TAKEN TO NOTIFY MEMBERS OF THESE SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES.

Monday - Friday 6:30 am-8:00pm

Saturday 7:30 am-1:00 pm

Sunday 7:30 am-1:00 pm

MEMBERSHIP

Individuals may register for membership anytime during our regular hours of operation. When you register, a membership number will be assigned. Also, to protect your membership, an ID picture will be taken to represent you in our computer.

Each member is asked to check in at the front desk before using the facilities. Please check in, even if you are only coming to an aerobics class or other program.

Memberships are valid for a 12 month (calendar) period, from the day that you join. The only exception is a college or military pass which is valid for 1 month.

*Refund Policy: No refunds will be given for memberships after 30 days.

*Resident rate is for anyone living in the Cloverleaf Local School District.

*Employee rate is for any Cloverleaf employee on payroll. This would also include getting a Family membership at Resident rate (which includes both spouses, any children under the age of 18 living at home, and full time college students under the age of 22).

*Fire/Police membership is for anyone who lives in / or services Cloverleaf District.

*Senior rate begin at the age of 60.

*Family memberships include both spouses, any children under the age of 18 living at home, and full time college students under the age of 22.

*Adult or student memberships may be upgraded to a family membership within 30 days, by paying the additional cost.

*Memberships and registrations may be taken over the phone with MasterCard, Visa or Discover, by mail or in person.

LOCKER ROOMS/LOCKERS

Locker rooms are located in the hallway south of the reception desk. They contain lockers, restrooms, and shower facilities. Members are responsible for their own toiletries and towels. Food and drink may not be taken into the locker area.

Lockers are available for members to use while they are using the Rec Center. Members should bring their own lock and take it with them when they leave.

*Lockers can be rented at the Rec Center for three months at the cost of $25.00

GENERAL INFORMATION

*Cloverleaf Rec Center is an alcohol and tobacco free facility.

*Neither the Recreation Center or the Cloverleaf Local School District is responsible for items that are lost or stolen while using this building.

*Shirts are to be worn at all times at the Rec Center.

*Strollers are welcome on the track. Please make sure the wheels of your stroller are clean.

*Please wear clean shoes at the Rec Center. Cleats and spiked shoes are not permitted.

*NO footballs or soccer balls are to be used (unless with their team on a scheduled court).

*REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be given for memberships after 30 days. No refunds will be given for program registrations. Registrations can be transferred to a future class for valid reasons. If we cancel a class for any reason, the registration fee will automatically be credited towards the next scheduled class.
