Dear Cloverleaf Community,
The mission of the Treasurer’s Office is to help Cloverleaf provide the best possible educational opportunities for students while managing the financial resources entrusted to us by the community with the utmost efficiency and transparency. The treasurer serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the district and reports directly to the publicly elected Cloverleaf Board of Education.
We oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable, prepare annual budgets as well as the district’s five-year forecast, manage investments, and administer payroll and benefits for Cloverleaf employees. The treasurer records the minutes of board of education meetings and is the district’s public records officer.
The Treasurer’s Office is always looking for new ways to communicate financial information to constituents. To that end, we’re proud to introduce a brand new resource called the
Cloverleaf Checkbook. Just like your personal checkbook is a record of how you spend your money, the Cloverleaf Checkbook provides a detailed record of how the district spends taxpayer dollars. For each disbursement, you’ll see the amount, the recipient, the source fund, plus a description of what the payment was for. The checkbook will be updated each month. You can find the link in the column to the right.
We take pride in the part we play in making sure Cloverleaf students receive a quality education and in providing the highest level of stewardship to the community. We always invite you to reach out to the Treasurer’s Office with any questions you may have.
Thank you!
Jim Hudson
Treasurer
