Latchkey Online Registration

Latchkey is an as-needed childcare program designed to provide Cloverleaf Elementary School students with a safe place to stay before or after school while their parents are at work. It offers fine arts, crafts and recreational activities.
Hours are 6:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Cost is $3 per hour, per child. A $40 registration fee per family is required prior to attending. Snacks will be provided at an additional cost of $1 each. Late charges of $1 per minute apply for any child picked up after 5:30 p.m.

Parents receive a monthly invoice for the actual latchkey time used. Any credit on the account will roll over to the next month. If there are unpaid latchkey fees on the account at the end of the school year, report cards will be held until the account is paid in full. If there are outstanding fees, latchkey registration will not be accepted.

If you have any questions about the program, please call Kasie Vonderau at Cloverleaf Elementary School at 330-302-0103.

Please click HERE to begin pre-registration.  All required forms will be available after your response is submitted.  Thank you!
