Survey on random drug test proposal

The Cloverleaf Board of Education recently heard a presentation on the potential of drug testing students who participate in extracurricular activities such as clubs, sports and other school-sanctioned groups. We are seeking community input on the possibility of Cloverleaf implementing such a program.

Elementary race Sept. 20
There will be an 800-meter Elementary Race for K-6 graders as part of the Todd Clark Cloverleaf Invitational on Sat., Sept. 20. No prior registration necessary! There also will be an Adult Open following the Invitational at about 1 p.m. for any high school graduate who wants to race on a grass course. 
Big changes for Youth Girls Basketball

Flu shots available Sept. 29
On Monday, Sept. 29, Marc's Pharmacy will be at the Cloverleaf Rec Center to administer flu shots. They'll be available between the hours of 9 a.m. to noon and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Cost is $24 (cash or check). Medicare cards accepted.

"Wonder" at CMS
Representatives of United Way of Medina County and the Medina County District Library visited Cloverleaf Middle School Aug. 25 to distribute free copies of  the novel “Wonder” by R. J. New graduation requirements for the Class of 2018
House Bill 487 has established new requirements for earning a high school diploma in Ohio. The new rules take effect with the class of 2018, which is entering the ninth grade in the 2014-15 school year. Please click HERE to visit the Ohio Department of Education Web site to learn more.  
Local businesses donate school supplies
Blair Rubber Company of Seville teamed up with local businesses and the Seville Area Chamber of Commerce to “stuff the bus” with school supplies for Cloverleaf students in need.  
Save with the Colt Card
The new 2014 Colt Card is now being sold by the Cloverleaf High School Football team. The card offers savings at many local businesses in Seville, Lodi and Medina. 
Commemorative bricks from Westfield School now available
Take home a piece of local history and support two important community groups by ordering an engraved brick from the former Westfield School.
