Academic Challenge team continues to roll
On Jan. 9, Cloverleaf’s varsity Academic Challenge team ran its Medina County League win streak to 11 straight games and maintained its undefeated league record. Student drop-off and pick-up procedures at the new Cloverleaf Elementary School are very important for the safety of our students. All parents bringing students to school and picking up students are to use the Buffham Road entrance next to the tennis courts.

Sixth-grade typing challenge
The sixth-grade Technology class at Cloverleaf Middle School laid down a challenge to teachers, as well as seventh- and eighth-grade students: “Are You Faster than a Sixth-Grader?” The sixth-grade students in teacher Amy Fernholz’s class made posters inviting others to compete against them in a friendly typing contest emphasizing speed and accuracy.  [...click for more]
Candy for the troops
Students at Lodi Primary Elementary School sent a little sweetness around the world. They collected 120 pounds of candy for U.S. troops in Afghanistan to pass out to Afghan children, who frequently approach the soldiers for treats.  [...click for more]

Annual Troopers vs. Teachers Game

Fiscal Emergency Q & A

At the Oct. 24 meeting of the Cloverleaf Board of Education, Roger Hardin of the Ohio Department of Education and attorney Bill Pepple of the law firm Pepple & Waggoner gave a presentation on what it would mean for the Cloverleaf community should the school district enter Fiscal Emergency status.
