Cloverleaf is experiencing a campus-wide telephone outage and is unable to receive incoming calls. Temporary telephone numbers have been established for each school and for the bus garage. Since there is only one temporary phone line per building, please limit calls to urgent matters only.
To report a student absence, please use the e-mail address listed below for your child’s school.

Sports physicals available Oct. 26
Sports physicals for athletes in grades 6-12 will be available at Cloverleaf Oct. 26. Parents must call the school nurse to set up an appointment. This is the only time  physicals will be offered during the 2016-17 school year, so make your appointment today. Please click "Read More" for details. 
Drama "David and Lisa" on stage Nov. 3-6
The Cloverleaf High School Drama Club presents the play "David and Lisa" Nov. 3-6 on the Cloverleaf Elementary School stage. The Cloverleaf High School Journalism Staff has a preview of this hard-hitting, yet tender play about teenage mental illness. 
Cloverleaf Music Auction & Dinner Nov. 12
Come enjoy a fantastic chili cook-off, live and silent auctions, and a chance to win an all-inclusive vacation to a destination of your choice at the annual Cloverleaf Music Associates Auction and Dinner Nov. 12. Proceeds benefit music programs at all levels. 
Powder Puff Football game Oct. 29
Cloverleaf High School girls will play in a Powder Puff Football game 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Oct. 29 at Gene Clark Stadium to raise funds for prom and post-prom. Entrance fee for participants is $5. Admission for spectators is $3. Come out for a fun evening and cheer them on! 
Support the One Stop Colt Shop
Students in Mrs. Petruska’s moderate to intensive special needs classroom at CHS have started a store called The One Stop Colt Shop. It's in need of a new snow cone maker and popcorn machine. You can help by making a donation through 
Dining to Donate at Applebee's Oct. 26
Just present the attached flyer to your server at the Wadsworth Applebee's 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Oct. 26 and 15 percent of your check will go to support the Cloverleaf High School Post Prom. 
Financial aid & college planning Oct. 27
Attention college-bound juniors, seniors and their parents: The Free Application for Federal Student Aid or FAFSA has undergone significant changes this year. Please join us at 5 p.m. Oct. 27 for a presentation by three college admission and financial aid experts to learn more. 
Cloverleaf Girls Youth Basketball sign-ups
Girls in grades 1-6 can build their basketball skills and love for the game by joining Cloverleaf Youth Girls Basketball, led by CHS girls players and coaches. Sign-ups are Oct. 29. 
A generous donation of books
Thank you to King’s Daughters and Sons of Medina for the organization's generous donation of 200 copies of the book "Whirligig" -- one for each member of Cloverleaf High School's freshman class.
