The PSAT/NMSQT is a preparatory test for the SAT. Sophomores are not eligible for the scholarship competition this year, but the experience gained from taking the PSAT could be valuable as a junior when students do become eligible for the National Merit Competition. It's also great practice for college entrance tests. Highly recommended for college-bound sophomores!
The test takes place 7:30 a.m. Oct. 30 in the CMS gym. Cost is $20. Deadline to register is Oct. 17. Space is first-come, first-served.
