Dear Cloverleaf Parents and Guardians,
As we approach the end of the 2024-25 academic year, we would like to share important information regarding the return or summer storage of school-issued Chromebooks. Please review the details below based on your student’s status.
1. Graduating Students (Class of 2025)
Action Required: The Chromebook and charger are yours to keep.
Data Backup: Please ensure your student transfers or saves any necessary files from their Cloverleaf Google Drive account before July, as access will be removed during that month.
2. Students Withdrawing from Cloverleaf Local Schools
Action Required: Chromebook and charger must be returned at the time of withdrawal.
Return Location: Cloverleaf Board of Education Office, 8525 Friendsville Rd, Lodi
Data Backup: Students should save or transfer any needed files prior to withdrawal, as Google Drive access will be removed.
Fees: $330 for Chromebooks not returned; $30 for chargers not returned. (Fees are non-refundable.)
3. Returning Students (Grades 5–11, Including Part/Full-Time MCCC or College Students Enrolled at CHS)
