Colts marching band at State Finals Nov. 6

On Oct. 9, the Cloverleaf High School Marching Band took part in the Norton High School Art in Motion band competition. In front of a panel of seven judges and hundreds of spectators, the Colts had a phenomenal performance. The band received Superior ratings and first-place awards in all categories including Music, Percussion, Visual, General Effect and Color Guard! Cloverleaf’s overall rating was Superior, meaning the band has once again qualified for Ohio Music Education Association State Finals!

This marks the 39th year in a row the Colts marching band has qualified for state finals. This streak is tied for the record in the state of Ohio, and continues to be one of the strongest traditions here at Cloverleaf. We hope all students and staff will join us at the state finals competition, which will be held on Saturday, Nov. 6, at Medina High School. Ticket information to come.

Congratulations to all the marching band members on this achievement! Next up will be competitions in Brunswick and New Philadelphia as the Colts prepare for state finals and continue to represent Cloverleaf with pride!
