Fundraiser to benefit Special Olympics field day

The fourth-annual countywide Track and Field Day, in partnership with Special Olympics, is scheduled for May 9 at Brunswick High School. You can help make this event possible for athletes from Cloverleaf and from around Medina County by attending a Night at the Races fundraiser on March 2.

This is a new event designed to support Track and Field Day. Proceeds will help pay for event supplies,  food, and T-shirts for all participants. In addition, proceeds also will be used to provide scholarship opportunities for students who qualify to move on to state-level Special Olympics competitions.

The Night at the Races fundraiser will be open to approximately 450 community members from all school districts across Medina County. There will be 50 tickets available to the Cloverleaf community. Tickets are $50, which includes dinner, dessert and more. The event includes an auction of gift cards, merchandise and services generously donated by businesses.

Please contact Cloverleaf Special Services Secretary Patty Rusnak at 330-302-0317 or [email protected] to reserve a ticket or make a donation to support this event.
