Through the Ohio Energy Conservation Program known as HB 264, Cloverleaf was able to replace outdated heating and lighting systems with high-efficiency equipment, saving money in utility and maintenance costs.

The new systems will be paid for over time via energy savings -- and the savings is financially guaranteed by the company that performed the work, Ameresco. It's a win-win for the Cloverleaf community.
