Re:              Virginia Bartter Memorial Art Fund

The late Virginia Bartter, a long time resident of Westfield Township, served Cloverleaf Schools first as a member of the School Board and later as an art teacher.  Virginia first began her teaching career in elementary art and later moved on to Junior High and then High School. Throughout her tenure, expanding the Art curriculum was only one of her many contributions. After retiring Virginia continued painting in oils, and enjoyed hearing about the artistic endeavors of former students.  Virginia died August 2010. To honor her personal talents as an artist as well as her passion for quality art education, her family asked that a fund be established in her name to promote art education in the Cloverleaf Schools.

This memo is to inform you that this has been accomplished and to invite art related grant proposals.  Some possibilities might be for equipment or supplies, a field trip or speakers.  The Cloverleaf Education Foundation will be administering this fund and the only objective is to enhance the Cloverleaf art program. Grant Proposals may be made on the normal form which can be found by clicking on CEF Grant Application or you may contact the Foundation at cloverleafedfoundation@gmail.com .  Any art related proposals will automatically be considered for these funds.
